Air:
Approach - Set up for your take off with a good NEUTRAL stance.
Take Off - At the crest of the take off, lift up and crunch your knees to your
chest.
Air Control - Keep your arms somewhat close to your sides for balance and look
out at the horizon.
Landing - Spot your landing ahead of you. When touching down bend your knees to
absorb the landing.
Follow Through - Rise up to your NEUTRAL stance looking ahead of you and ride
through.
Air 180°
Backside:
Approach - Set up for your take off with a good NEUTRAL stance.
Take Off - Lift up, look over your shoulder at the same time throwing your
trailing arm around to begin your rotation.
Air Control - You should be facing the opposite direction now with you once
trailing arm now as your lead arm. Look out at the horizon ahead of you.
Landing - Spot your landing ahead of you. When touching down bend your knees to
absorb the landing.
Follow Through - Rise up to your NEUTRAL stance looking ahead of you and ride
through.
Frontside:
Approach - Set up for your take off with a good NEUTRAL stance.
Take Off - Lift up, look around uphill. Throw your trailing arm back around
away from you also looking up your arm.
Air Control - You should be facing the opposite direction now with you once
trailing arm now as your lead arm. Look out at the horizon ahead of you.
Landing - Spot your landing ahead of you. When touching down bend your knees to
absorb the landing.
Follow Through - Rise up to your NEUTRAL stance looking ahead of you and ride
through.
